JUST EAT future concepts

JUST EAT has it’s own “lab”, and within the lab the Product Research team is focusing on innovative ideas and future concepts. I was part of that team, helping them with creative ideas and rapid prototyping with very short deadlines.

We only had few days to get the ideas to white boards and sticky notes, and rapidly build “throw away” prototypes. The goal was NOT to build something perfect and fully functional, but something high level and conceptual.

We created prototypes with the goal of learning as much as possible. We didn’t want to usability test, instead we tried to get reactions and feedback from users. We tried to find out what would they expect to happen next, or would they use a product like that in the future.

The final step was documenting all the findings, to help JUST EAT to develop new services and products in the future.
