I had the pleasure to work with Robert on Preqin’s new website project. I found him to be a real asset to the company during his time here, we simply couldn’t complete the project without him. He really makes an effort to collaborate with all stakeholders, understand business objectives and user problems before coming up with UX solutions. He is a real team player too, stepping in to help wherever needed to make things happen! I would definitely recommend working with him.
I worked with Robert from day one on a digital transformation project. He is a great guy to work with and has an exceptionality quick learning curve, I was impressed with how quickly he got to know and understand the business acumen and processes. He has a fantastic way of creating a collaboration culture around him and managing his stakeholders efficiently.
Roberts quick learning and great understanding of the business allowed him to quickly show us how valuable his expertise is and his designs really reflected putting the customer first and keeping designs simple, intuitive and clean.
On a personal level Robert always took the time to explain to stakeholders and team members the nature of his work and was a key influencer across the bank.
Robert came in to work with us on rapid, short iteration prototyping to gain user feedback on new concepts and from day one knocked it out of the park. He was passionate about the user’s experience, hard working and generated great ideas and pragmatic prototypes quickly in a number of formats under constrained timelines. He was great to work with, having an inquiring, interested mind and quickly became a valued member of our team. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.
I worked with Robert for several months on a range of challenging UX projects. Robert was able to take documents of complex technical requirements and migrate them into a simple, pragmatic and elegant digital experience for a diverse set of audience types. Whilst he did this he communicated with business, programme and technical stakeholders to challenge thinking, gain consensus and input into the strategic direction of the programme; aligning feature development to an end user perspective.
Specific deliverables included: Use case analysis, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, workshop facilitation, user testing session guides and project reports.
